How much time do I have to meet the chauffeur
on my Airport transfer reservations ?
Our company provides 30 minutes (45 minutes
for international arrivals requiring customs clearance)of free wait time on each airport arrival transfer for you to deplane
and pick-up your luggage.
If you do not meet your chauffeur or call us within 30 minutes(45 minutes
for int.arrivals)of your plane landing we will consider you a "no-show" and you will be charged in full for the
reservations.
What happens if my plane is early or late arriving?
Cross island Limo and car services updates all flight arrival times and we arrive when your plane lands no
matter whether you arrive late or early provided we have a correct flght number.
How
Can I cancel and what is yor cancellation policy?
All cancellations must be made
within 48 hrs prior to your arrival.To avoid being charged you must cancel your reservations within 48 to 12 hours before
service time.
You must provide confirmation number for each reservation. (-Email your cancellation
48 hours -Phone cancellation 12 hours)
How far in advance should I
place my reservation?
Availabilty changes daily and we suggest you place reservation
as soon as you have firm travel dates and times.
When is my credit
card charged?
Cross island car and limo will charge your credit card 36 hours
prior to the scheduled pick-up time.
Do your vehicles have any identifying
label/sign or advertising?
No There is no car number or any kind of sign in the
vehicles except for the name sign in the window at pick-up time.
How
much should I tip the driver?
The industry standard tip is 20%.
Will my driver help with my lugguage ?
Yes,Your personal driver
is there to serve you from the moment he greets you until he drops you off safe and sound at your destination.
Is there a charge for extra stops?
Point to point additonal stops
are $20.00(each stop)and if stop is longer than 15 minutes also waiting time charge($35.00 per hour).
What If I am unable to arrive on time for a reservation ?
All No
Shows will be charged full rate.
What happens if my fligts is early
Morning (A.M )?
Early morning Only From Airport Pick-up (11.59 PM-6.00 AM)Surcharge:$20.00.
